Complete Home Furniture Packages for Villas and Apartments
One home. A considered furniture plan.
Start with your property type, then shape the furniture around the rooms you use, the way you live and the finishes you love. Enquiries are welcome across Africa, with West Africa as our priority market.

Choose a starting point
Four ways to begin your home plan.
A package is a planning starting point. The final furniture list is tailored to your layout; it is not a fixed set of pieces or a published package price.
01 / Apartment
3-bedroom apartment
Connect the living room, dining area and three bedrooms with a consistent palette. Give particular attention to everyday circulation, storage and the route into the apartment.
- Living and dining areas considered together
- Primary and secondary bedrooms
- Lift, stair and doorway access to review
02 / Villa
4-bedroom villa
Balance a welcoming main living area with a coordinated dining room and four bedrooms. Start with the shared spaces, then carry the same design direction through the home.
- Main living and dining spaces
- A distinct primary bedroom
- Coordinated secondary bedrooms
03 / Larger villa
5–6-bedroom villa
Plan the main reception spaces alongside quieter family areas and additional bedrooms. Identify which optional spaces belong in your furniture brief.
- Main living room and optional family lounge
- Dining and additional bedrooms
- Optional entrance or study furniture
04 / Bespoke residence
Mansion custom
Build the brief room by room for a larger residence. Review distinctive proportions, different uses and the material relationships between formal and private spaces.
- A room-by-room furniture schedule
- Project-specific scale and finish discussions
- Drawings and samples to agree where needed
Across the home
What your furniture plan can include.

Living room
Seating, occasional chairs and tables considered as one comfortable arrangement.

Dining room
A table, chairs and supporting storage planned around everyday meals and gatherings.

Bedroom
Beds and accompanying furniture coordinated around the needs of each bedroom.
Supporting spaces can be discussed separately. Product availability and the exact scope are confirmed for your project.
A connected palette
Different rooms. A shared sense of home.
Consider upholstery, wood tones and surface finishes together. Repeat a few details across rooms while allowing each space to have its own character.
Confirm before the proposal is final
- Rooms and furniture categories in scope
- Quantities and dimensions for each selected piece
- Materials, colours and finish references
- Delivery destination and access conditions
- Quotation, timing and agreed responsibilities

Plan your home
Start with the home you have in mind.
Share your floor plan, the rooms you want to furnish and a few reference images. Your selections, quantities, dimensions and finishes will be confirmed in the project proposal.
Are package prices or quantities fixed?
No. These packages describe planning directions. The final pieces, quantities, dimensions, materials and price depend on the agreed project scope.
Can I furnish selected rooms first?
Yes, you can enquire about selected rooms. Tell us your priorities and any furniture you intend to keep so the proposal can reflect them.
Do the room images show one completed package?
The images are design references. They do not document a single completed home or guarantee that every item shown is available.
Can I begin before my plans are final?
Share the current version and identify dimensions that may change. Final measurements and furniture specifications must be confirmed before production.
